Home Information Packs (HIP)

New regulations are to be introduced by the Government requiring that from the 1st August 2007 change to Regulations state that all Sellers of residential property in England and Wales must have a Home Information Pack (HIP) available for inspection by a prospective Buyer before the property can be marketed.
